Louisiana I sits quietly on the first floor, with the dunes and the sea close by. The apartment comfortably sleeps 4 to 5 guests and is fully equipped, from a Barista coffee machine to a washing machine and drying cabinet.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a double washbasin. A hairdryer and first-aid kit are provided.

Parking and bikes
You have your own space in the private garage. Four bikes are freely available for rides along the coast.

No smoking, no parties and quiet after midnight. That keeps things pleasant for everyone in the residence.
